This spring, join Kara and an amazing group of humans in this GORGEOUS Muskoka space. Over the May long weekend we will be exploring yoga & physical practices, as well as meditation as tools to tap into our heart space and deepest desires. We will use these tools to: Get Still, Get Clear, Connect to Ourselves, Connect to Others, Connect to our Why.

Every year countless people make resolutions on January 1st, and yet winter is a season of cocooning, going inwards. Spring is when we plant the seeds that we want to nourish and grow – so this spring we will do exactly that. Food will be plant-powered and allergy friendly, and the goal is that you can arrive and receive what you need to reset for the season ahead.

When we retreat, we connect.

When we disconnect from our daily life and tasks, we are able to reconnect to ourselves and be better present with others. A retreat can be a powerful experience because it allows us to step out of our day to day and gives us the time and space that we require to connect to our core being. This retreat is 3 nights long as I find this is the minimum time that really helps us drop out of our day to day and into presence for retreat and the work that we will do together.
